## What you will not get
A people ops team to delegate the admin to. You will do some of it yourself for the first six months. You will also not get the cover of an existing people function. You will set the operating cadence yourself, and you will be the visible owner of the hiring loop, the comp framework, and the manager bench from day one.
## Compensation

## How we hire
