What does an AI first-round interview actually look like?
A 20-minute voice conversation. The candidate speaks; we transcribe; we score against the rubric you set when you posted the role. You see the transcript, the score, and a one-paragraph note. Then you decide.

We tell them exactly what's happening. They see what we score, why, and what comes next. We don't sell their data. The vetted profile is theirs to re-use across employers.
