The thesis
Three things we believe that most ATS companies don't.

Hiring is a tax on the manager's actual job.
Every hour a senior IC spends reading CVs is an hour they're not shipping. Every hour a head of sales spends in a screen call is an hour their team is unattended. The ATS's job has been to organize this tax. Ours is to eliminate it.

HR resists "AI hires for you" because it threatens their craft.
The discovery, the rapport, the gut read: that's the part of the job HR loves. We don't take that from them. We give it to the manager, who already had to make the decision anyway.
