Small team, real surface area
Five people today, twelve by year end. You will own a thing that's in production, ship it weekly, and have its outcomes attributable to you.

In office three days, Tuesday to Thursday
King's Cross. We tried fully-remote; we ship better with the overlap. Friday is wherever. Monday is wherever. Tuesday to Thursday is together.

Comp is real but not crazy
Top-of-band for London early-stage. Equity refreshes annually. We don't advertise total comp ranges because they're fake, but we publish exact bands when we make an offer.

Hiring takes about a week
You'll be screened by Picked (yes, the product), then meet two of us for 45 minutes each, then a half-day paid trial. Decision within 48 hours of the trial.
