Engineering
Founding backend engineer
You will own the matching pipeline. Postgres, queues, the AI orchestration layer. We need someone who has actually shipped a system that screens to a deadline.
The manager-facing dashboard and the candidate experience. React, TypeScript, motion, taste. You will work directly with the design surface you saw on this site.
Half brand, half product. You will own the visual register of the company, the same one you're looking at, and the design of every screen in the product.
You will own twenty hiring-manager relationships, bottom-up. Not a "sales" role in the legacy sense. More: the person who makes sure the product actually delivers for the people using it.
