From Q1 2027 onward we will publish a quarterly report covering Picked's own funnel metrics: roles posted, candidates vetted, finalists delivered, hires confirmed, average time-to-shortlist, average cost-per-hire vs the customer's prior baseline, candidate NPS, and any compliance events. Aggregate, anonymised, published here.

  • Posted on this page on the first business day of each quarter.
  • Linked from the monthly roadmap email so subscribers see it land.
  • Methodology disclosed in full. Per-customer outliers labelled where relevant.
  • No selection bias on which roles we count. The whole funnel goes in.

We pay for case-study time. We do not pay for the words.
If you are a paying customer happy to talk about your hiring outcomes on the record, we will sit with you for an hour, do the editorial work, send you the draft for approval, and credit two months of free candidate credit (up to 1,000 candidates) once we publish. We never write words you did not say. We never publish without your sign-off.
