LinkedIn and Indeed mirroring.
How the mirror posts behave, where the applicant lands, and what the candidate-side experience looks like.
Last reviewed 25 July 20263 min read

We mirror your role on LinkedIn and Indeed at the free-tier level. The mirror is a standard listing with an Apply button that sends the candidate to the Picked screen, not back to your inbox.

What the candidate sees.

  • A LinkedIn or Indeed listing with your company name, your logo, the role title, the salary band, and the brief.
  • An Apply button that opens a tab on picked.ai/apply/<role-slug>.
  • The Picked screen flow: triage, AI screen, role-fit assessment, first-round interview. Same flow as any other channel.

What does not happen.

We do not push the candidate back to a LinkedIn message thread. We do not collect CV uploads through the mirror. We do not ingest the LinkedIn "Easy Apply" CV either; the screen is the source of truth on candidate signal.

LinkedIn promotes mirrored roles in their algorithm at a lower priority than native paid postings. If you want premium placement on LinkedIn, you can buy a paid slot through them directly; we do not resell it.

You can opt out of LinkedIn or Indeed individually from the role page, Syndication, Channels.

What to do next: post a role, wait five minutes, and check the LinkedIn listing on a private browser to see what the candidate sees.
