A posted role appears in three places by default. You can opt out of any of them at role-creation time or later.

The three default channels.

Your own careers page at picked.ai/c/<your-workspace-slug>. Live within a minute of posting. SEO-clean, no chrome from us beyond a small "Powered by Picked" footer.
The Picked public job board at picked.ai/jobs. Indexed by the major search engines and by Google for Jobs. All Picked-vetted live roles appear here.
LinkedIn and Indeed as mirrored postings, free tier. The mirror creates a "Easy Apply" style listing that links the applicant back to the Picked screen.

What is on the roadmap.

Hacker News Who is Hiring (monthly, auto-formatted), Otta, Wellfound, and Glassdoor are scheduled for the first 90 days post-launch. ATS-side syndication (Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable feed in) is V2.

Regional boards (e.g. Honeypot in DACH, Welcome to the Jungle in France, Tech Nation jobs in the UK) are evaluated on demand. If you have a board that matters in your region and it is not on the V1 list, write to support and we will add it to the public roadmap.

What to do next: post a role and watch the syndication status on the role page. Each channel goes from "pending" to "live" within five minutes.
