What we never do

We do not sell your data.
Not to recruiters, not to vendors, not to anyone.

We do not train models on your data.
Anthropic and OpenAI both operate under zero-retention agreements for our traffic.

We do not infer protected characteristics.
Not from your name, your CV, your voice, or any other signal. We only monitor outcomes against categories you explicitly disclose, post-decision.

We do not silently record.
Every voice session shows a counter. You can pause, stop, or redo. Consent is per session.

We do not share with recruiters or aggregators.
Even when you opt in to be matched, the match is initiated by the employer, not by a recruiter selling your profile.

We do not score on accent, fluency, or vocabulary.
We score on what you said, not how you said it.
Your portable profile
Verify once.
Carry it anywhere.
Your interview transcripts and scores are yours. Re-apply to any employer on Picked without redoing the screen. Delete the profile and it's gone. We never sell or share it without you.
