Procurement-grade SSO, SCIM, and BYOK are heavy engineering investments and a heavier compliance posture. Each adds an audit surface that has to survive procurement scrutiny without caveat. Building them before the V1 manager-side surface is stable would mean shipping enterprise on top of a moving foundation; the enterprise customer would see seams the mid-market customer does not.
V2 enterprise ships when the V1 surface has run for a full hiring cycle (about a year), when our SOC 2 Type II report is in hand, and when we have the engineering team to maintain SAML and SCIM on top of the existing product. The combination lines up with V2 in mid-2027. Customers who need this today can register interest below; we will start the procurement conversation when V2 enters preview.
The V1 mid-market solution covers most of what an enterprise team needs for a single function or a single business unit. Manager-led hiring, audit trail at the FCA SYSC 9 six-year baseline, 4/5ths fairness audit per protected group per role, full EU AI Act conformity. The constraint is the procurement-side ask: V1 does not have SSO via SAML, SCIM, or BYOK.
Enterprise customers who want to start a function-level pilot before V2 procurement can run the V1 mid-market solution with a Picked admin account managed by the function owner. The audit trail, the data-residency posture, and the compliance documentation are at the same standard the V2 tier will inherit; only the identity-and-key management surface upgrades.
