Rescheduling the AI interview.
The window the candidate has, what happens when they no-show, and how the rescheduling flow handles timezones.

The AI interview is scheduled by the candidate on their own dashboard. The default window is 14 days from completing the role-fit assessment.

Rescheduling.

  • The candidate can reschedule up to four times within the 14-day window, from their dashboard, with no human in the loop.
  • A fifth reschedule prompts a confirmation that the candidate is still actively interested. We do not auto-close the candidate; we ask.
  • Reschedules outside the 14-day window require a one-line note from the candidate; the role owner is notified.

No-shows.

If the candidate misses an interview without rescheduling, we send a follow-up at 24 hours and another at 72 hours. After seven days of no contact, the candidate is moved to "incomplete" and the role advances without them. Incomplete candidates are not billed.

Timezones.

The booking surface shows times in the candidate dashboard timezone (detected from the browser at sign-up, editable on the candidate profile). The voice agent runs in EU infrastructure (LiveKit EU) and supports candidates worldwide; the latency budget is generous enough that a candidate in Lagos or Singapore gets a conversation that feels local.

No accommodation request is logged for a single reschedule. For accessibility accommodations, see "Right to human review".

What to do next: trust the default 14-day window. Most candidates schedule within the first 48 hours.
