Invoices are issued by Neuroworx Ltd, the UK company that runs the service. The invoice address on file appears on every bill. You can download every invoice as a PDF from Settings, Billing, History.

VAT and tax.

  • UK customers: VAT charged at the prevailing UK rate. Add your company VAT number under Settings, Billing, Company details.
  • EU customers: reverse-charge applies. Add your EU VAT number under the same screen; once verified via VIES, VAT will not be charged on subsequent invoices.
  • US and rest-of-world customers: no VAT. State and local sales tax is not collected by Picked at V1.

The bill-from details.

Every invoice shows: Neuroworx Ltd, UK company number 14612373, VAT GB 480543686, 22 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6DX. ICO-registered data controller.

Purchase-order numbers, cost-centre codes, and a custom invoice reference can all be added under Settings, Billing, Company details. Once set, they appear on every subsequent invoice and on the PDF export. Past invoices are not retroactively re-issued.

Payment is by card on file at V1. Bank transfer and SEPA Direct Debit are scheduled for the first 90 days post-launch; for procurement-mandated bank transfer today, write to billing@picked.ai and we will manually invoice on a 30-day net term.

What to do next: add the VAT number now if you want it on the first invoice. Once an invoice is issued, the VAT figure is fixed.
