How billing works.
99 cents per vetted candidate, first 50 free, billed monthly in arrears. No seats, no minimums, no annual contract.

We bill 99 cents per AI-vetted candidate. The first 50 are free, across the lifetime of the account. We bill monthly in arrears on the 1st, for the prior calendar month, in USD.

What counts as a billable candidate.

  • Triage complete plus AI screen complete plus role-fit assessment complete plus first-round interview complete. All four. A candidate who drops off mid-flow is not billed.
  • Counted once per role per candidate. A candidate who applies to two of your roles is billed twice; we run the screen and the assessment separately for each role, because the rubric is different.
  • Counted on completion, not on application. Friday morning candidates count on the Friday they finish, not the Monday they applied.

When the invoice arrives.

On the 1st of every month, by email to the billing-contact address on the workspace. We charge the card on file the same day. If a card payment fails, we retry over five days and then pause new candidate-vetting until billing is current. Live candidates already in flight complete and are billed on the next invoice.
