Scope
Four kinds. All published.
01
Security. Any unauthorised access, exfiltration, or material data exposure.

Privacy. Any breach of the data handling commitments (residency, retention, no-training-on-candidate-data).
03
Fairness. Any adverse-impact breach that affected real candidates before detection.
04
Service. Material outages beyond 30 minutes. Routine maintenance and incidents under 30 minutes appear on status.picked.ai only.
We do not publish: routine maintenance, single-customer issues resolved within SLA, vendor outages that did not affect customer data, security probes blocked by standard defences. These are tracked internally and aggregated in the quarterly trust report.
Quarterly
A full trust report, every 90 days.
Aggregate metrics on uptime, incident frequency, fairness audit outcomes, and any policy changes. Sent to customers, published here.
