These go to hiring managers and their teams. A sign-in link arrives because someone typed your email address on the picked.ai sign-in or signup page. It is single-use and expires in 15 minutes. A team invite arrives because a colleague added you to their workspace; it expires in 14 days.
If it was not you, ignore it. Nothing happens: no account is created, and an existing account is unchanged. If unrequested emails keep coming, write to support@picked.ai and we will investigate.
These go to candidates. You entered your email address on a role page, so we send the links that move your application forward: a link to continue your application, then your screen, assessment, and interview as each one is ready. They are part of the application, not marketing. We never add applicants to a mailing list, and we will never email you unless you apply.
If you did not apply, someone entered your address by mistake. Ignore the email and nothing more will arrive. To stop these emails on purpose, withdraw your application by writing to support@picked.ai. Your rights over your data, including access and erasure, are explained at /legal/candidate-rights.
This one-off email contains the full result of a shortlist clean-up run you started at picked.ai/tools/shortlist-clean-up. We do not store your CVs or the result; the email is the only record, which is why the whole report is in the email itself.
Requesting a report may also subscribe you to occasional product updates. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and support@picked.ai works too.
