A vetted candidate has been through four checks. The CV is not one of them. We do not keyword-filter, we do not rank by school, and we do not score on tone of voice.
The four checks.
- Triage. A short structured intake: timezone, work eligibility, salary range, deal-breakers, motivation. Built so any qualified candidate clears it; built to catch obvious mismatches early.
- AI screen. A 12 to 15 minute voice conversation with the candidate. The agent asks role-specific motivation questions, probes on the answers, and produces a structured screen report.
- Role-fit assessment. 12 to 18 short scenario items from the Neuroworx item bank, scored on the reasoning more than the answer. Fairness-audited per role family.
- First-round interview. A 20 to 25 minute live voice conversation, adaptive against the rubric. Transcript published in full to the hiring manager.
A vetted candidate is one who has completed all four. A candidate who drops off mid-screen is marked "incomplete" and is not in the finalist pool. We do not pay you for them and you do not pay us for them.
What "vetted" does not mean.
It does not mean a final hire recommendation. The system surfaces three finalists in a calibrated rank, with the audit trail. The decision is yours. The override is logged.

What to do next: read the finalist card on a live role and follow a single candidate from triage to decision.
