About the role

We are looking for a Technical SEO to join our team on a fully remote basis. You will be responsible for improving our organic search performance through technical optimization, site health management, and ensuring our web properties are fully accessible to search engines.

This is a remote position that allows you to work from wherever you are based.

What you will do
  • ↳Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, and site performance problems
  • ↳Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures to improve search engine visibility
  • ↳Monitor and analyze search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
  • ↳Implement structured data markup and schema to enhance search result features
  • ↳Work with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into site builds and updates
  • ↳Track and report on technical SEO metrics, including crawl efficiency, indexation rates, and organic traffic performance
  • ↳Identify and resolve duplicate content, canonicalization, and redirect chain issues
  • ↳Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability
What we are looking for
  • ↳Experience in technical SEO and site auditing
  • ↳Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms
  • ↳Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to search engine optimization
  • ↳Knowledge of how search engines crawl, render, and index web content
  • ↳Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations
  • ↳Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, content teams, and stakeholders
  • ↳Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical SEO projects simultaneously
